Location, location, location -- and killer views. RWA has designed four large condominium units in this premiere building on the Georgetown Waterfront. Featured here are photographs of two of the units that showcase views of the Potomac River, Theodore Roosevelt Island, and the C&O Canal. Both projects were custom build-outs of 4,000 SF and 7,000 SF respectively that paired the largest social spaces with the best views, and while the prospect to the world outside is expansive, there is an intimacy and human scale to each that makes for very comfortable city living.
